Role overview

This position supports the Vice President of Marketing and Sponsorship at Live Nation Urban in shaping media and creator campaigns that are culturally relevant and impactful. The work spans digital, traditional, and creator-led campaigns, with responsibility for planning, execution, performance tracking, and client-facing presentation work.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with the marketing and sponsorship teams to build media plans.
  • Design and refine full-funnel media proposals across online and offline channels to improve results.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and clients to define campaign goals, strategies, and execution plans.
  • Track campaign performance each day and turn results into clear insights, reporting, and post-campaign summaries for stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that measure reach, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Lead media planning work and present proposals to clients.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in media planning, either at a brand or within an agency.
  • Hands-on experience working with content creators.
  • Proven ability to manage media and creator campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good teamwork and program execution skills.
  • Highly organized, with comfort using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
