We are seeking a highly motivated Producer for Concerts who is passionate about dance music and adept at production and operational management. You will play a vital leadership role in envisioning, planning, and overseeing all concert-related activities to deliver exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Concert Promoter and Senior Director to lead the concert team in delivering top-tier event production.
• Ensure thorough planning and flawless execution of on-site production operations, including staffing areas such as security, health & safety, ticketing, traffic control, parking, sanitation, VIP zones, artist facilities, and transportation logistics.
• Work with CAD designers to develop concert venue and special event layouts.
• Set agendas and lead weekly Production & Operations team meetings.
• Drive special projects like the Electric Mile, integrating large-scale event experience with innovative concepts to broaden audience reach.
• Manage relationships with vendors by securing competitive bids and overseeing budget adherence in conjunction with promoters and finance teams.
• Coordinate with local agencies for planning and event execution, facilitating regular group meetings for operational alignment.
• Act as primary liaison with venues to ensure event success.
• Develop and distribute organizational charts and event confirmation sheets to project management teams.
• Administer event capacity management with attention to both safety and optimal fan experience.
• Prepare on-site staff for emergency scenarios and ensure compliance with safety standards, including special permits and structural requirements.
• Assign Pressure Point Managers to key areas interacting with headliners to ensure superior experience.
• Compile and issue comprehensive Concert Operations & Emergency Action Plans.
• Regularly travel domestically and internationally to support event delivery, typically using economy travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in live event planning and production, preferably with music festivals or large concerts.
• Demonstrated success leading teams responsible for large-scale event execution and staff training.
• Solid reputation backed by at least five professional references attesting to excellence in event production roles.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software for budgeting and planning.
• A highly motivated problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude and a strong sense of urgency for project completion.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Must be flexible to travel extensively both within the U.S. and internationally.
• Comfortable operating in loud, crowded, and sometimes extreme climate conditions.
• Able to manage multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines efficiently.
• Expected to work during evenings and weekends as event schedules require.
• Handle sensitive company information confidentially and maintain discretion in all professional interactions.

The salary range is $90,000 to $115,000 USD annually.
