We are seeking a diligent Computer Operator cum Digital Marketing and Telemarketing Executive to manage essential office and marketing operations in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on handling data management, customer communication, content creation, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day computer-based office tasks efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer information using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to incoming customer queries promptly.
• Engage with leads via telephone and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Oversee social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Create and share promotional content such as posts, reels, and basic marketing materials.
• Support digital marketing efforts and contribute to generating new leads.
• Compile daily activity reports and liaise with the sales department.

This position is based onsite in Gorakhpur and involves continuous coordination with various teams to ensure smooth operations and marketing effectiveness.
