Key Job Responsibilities

• Sort, repair, test, and physically troubleshoot electronic hardware such as servers, network devices, computers, and components.
• Configure products according to specified customer requirements.
• Produce discrepancy reports to document issues.
• Deliver technical assistance to customers.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales departments to resolve technical matters.
• Handle inventory specification concerns and update relevant teams accordingly.
• Support the Operations team and other departments as necessary.
• Comply with and uphold Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols in applicable areas.
• Follow all quality, safety, and environmental standards and policies.

Competencies

• Ability to adapt and learn rapidly in a high-velocity setting.
• Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Experience and Education

• Previous experience in assembling or hands-on testing of IT hardware, particularly with Dell or HP systems.
• Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Software Knowledge

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Access Database is advantageous.
• Exposure to SAP or SAP ByDesign is beneficial.

• Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Position requires full-time commitment.
