Key Job Responsibilities
- Sort, repair, test, and physically troubleshoot electronic hardware such as servers, network devices, computers, and components.
- Configure products according to specified customer requirements.
- Produce discrepancy reports to document issues.
- Deliver technical assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales departments to resolve technical matters.
- Handle inventory specification concerns and update relevant teams accordingly.
- Support the Operations team and other departments as necessary.
- Comply with and uphold Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols in applicable areas.
- Follow all quality, safety, and environmental standards and policies.
Competencies
- Ability to adapt and learn rapidly in a high-velocity setting.
- Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Experience and Education
- Previous experience in assembling or hands-on testing of IT hardware, particularly with Dell or HP systems.
- Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Software Knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Access Database is advantageous.
- Exposure to SAP or SAP ByDesign is beneficial.

- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
