Job description
Role Overview
As a Compliance Specialist focusing on PF and ESIC, you will be responsible for preparing and managing statutory data, ensuring accurate filings and submissions, handling employee-related queries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Duties
- Prepare PF and ESIC data for challans to ensure punctual and precise statutory compliance.
- Create Electronic Challan-cum-Return (ECR) for PF contributions.
- File returns related to PF and ESIC within required timelines.
- Address employee inquiries concerning PF contributions, UAN activation, and withdrawal processes.
- Upload ECR and file monthly PF returns consistently.
- Register employees who qualify for ESIC and maintain ongoing monthly compliance.
- Support employees in accessing ESIC benefits, including medical claims, maternity support, and accident-related temporary benefits.
- Resolve employees’ grievances regarding the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF).
- Manage amendments or corrections related to Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) and Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) records.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a postgraduate degree or a graduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
