Job description
About Arizona College of Nursing
Arizona College of Nursing is a fast-expanding nursing education institution focused on changing lives by preparing future nurses and strengthening communities through the care its graduates deliver. The college enables students to complete a bachelor’s degree in nursing in three years or less when eligible transfer credits apply. Its curriculum is designed to meet the growing demand for nurses and support a workforce needed to address the ongoing nursing shortage. As part of its expansion strategy, the college continues opening campuses in markets where bachelor’s-prepared nurses are in demand.
The organization prioritizes students and is committed to delivering a strong learning experience in healthcare-related fields, helping students develop practical skills that matter now and in the future. The culture is described as collaborative, encouraging, and positive, and is grounded in the values of passion, excellence, adaptability, accountability, and integrity.
