Role Summary
This position is a remote, part-time administrative support role focused on compliance operations. The work involves keeping documentation organized, arranging meetings, monitoring project progress, and maintaining calendars and schedules. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries and handling communication by phone and email. Success in the role depends on strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
What You Will Do
Support day-to-day compliance administration and related operational tasks.
Maintain and organize records, files, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and scheduling needs.
Track assigned deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with customer service conversations and respond to questions through phone and email.
Review written client-facing materials for accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring administrative support experience, along with the ability to keep schedules, documents, and project activities well organized. Strong communication and customer service capabilities are important, as is the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teammates. Attention to detail is needed for quality checking written materials such as emails and reports. Candidates should also have clear phone etiquette, solid time management, and the discipline to work independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite tools is required. Experience in compliance, cybersecurity, or a related area is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
