Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed job framework encompassing job families and career progression levels, with consistent application across units.
- Create salary banding structures aligned with industry benchmarking and collaborate with leadership to define target pay positions by geography and career stage.
- Lead the design and implementation of KPI-based variable pay programs, ensuring seamless integration with performance management and payroll systems.
- Manage the comprehensive annual salary review process, including planning, budgeting, communication, and training for HR and managers.
- Establish governance frameworks for compensation-related decision-making including approvals for offers, promotions, and exceptions to maintain fairness and transparency.
- Audit current benefits offerings and develop standardized global frameworks combining core and localized supplemental benefits, monitoring utilization and costs.
- Manage HR and payroll budgeting processes with Finance partnership, including forecasting, tracking, and recommending based on expenditure versus budget.
- Implement compensation analytics capabilities to deliver reports and dashboards reflecting pay equity and market competitiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Compensation & Benefits operations.
- Expertise in salary administration, compensation strategy deployment, and benefits management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities for data-driven compensation decisions.
- Effective project management skills to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficiency in Latvian and English to enable collaboration within an international workforce.
