Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ROC filings and MCA regulatory compliances.
- Prepare fundamental documents including board resolutions and meeting minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records diligently.
- Support company incorporation procedures and other corporate processes.
- Coordinate compliance documentation and filing activities.
- Provide assistance to senior staff during secretarial audits and due diligence tasks.
- Draft various corporate documents such as Board Minutes, AGM/EGM Notices, Resolutions, and Agreements, ensuring accuracy in ROC (MCA) filings.
- Manage statutory registers and handle company/LLP incorporation along with event-driven compliances like DIR-12, PAS-3, AOC-4, and MGT-7.
- Ensure adherence to requirements under Companies Act 2013, FEMA, SEBI regulations (when applicable), and other corporate laws.
- Oversee quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliances for both listed and unlisted companies.
- Prepare meeting documentation for Boards and General Meetings and provide management advice on corporate governance.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance obligations; familiarity with accounting principles is advantageous.
- Undertake additional compliance-related assignments as necessary.
