Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Limerick, County Limerick. The Company Secretarial Assistant will support the delivery of company formation and secretarial services, with responsibility for preparing and submitting statutory documents, updating company registers, and assisting with amendments to company structures and officers.
The position also involves drafting and checking standard corporate paperwork, compiling supporting records for regulatory submissions, and maintaining precise files in line with legal and compliance obligations. Daily work will include liaising with clients and outside advisers, arranging documents, monitoring deadlines, and providing general administrative assistance to the company secretarial team.
In addition, the role will include research on company law and corporate governance topics, along with helping to refine internal workflows and document templates.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and organisational ability, with a sharp eye for detail, solid document handling skills, and the discipline to keep track of deadlines.
Good written and spoken communication is important, especially for preparing clear correspondence and routine corporate documents.
A basic understanding of, or genuine interest in, company law, corporate governance, and statutory compliance is desirable; experience in professional services or a legal setting would be an advantage.
Comfort using common office tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and online filing or registry systems is required.
The role suits someone who can work well in a small team, juggle several tasks at once, and maintain a polished, client-oriented manner.
A relevant qualification or current study in business, law, corporate governance, or a similar area is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in company secretarial work, legal administration, or corporate services would also be beneficial.
