Community & Partnerships Specialist

About the Role

The Community & Partnerships Specialist based in Dubai is tasked with enhancing Jeem's visibility and engagement across diverse platforms including universities, schools, conferences, and digital communities. This role emphasizes building dynamic communities, fostering strategic alliances, promoting Jeem's AI platform, and driving user acquisition initiatives through both offline and online channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Jeem's presence on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp Communities, Facebook Groups, and other relevant online channels.
• Create and implement engagement strategies that promote meaningful discussions and sustainable community growth.
• Oversee the moderation of online communities to ensure respectful and constructive interactions.
• Recruit and guide student ambassadors and community volunteers to support community management efforts.
• Organize interactive online events like AMAs, webinars, challenges, product updates, and community gatherings.
• Represent Jeem at educational institutions, conferences, exhibitions, hackathons, and networking events to broaden strategic partnerships.
• Forge and maintain relationships with universities, AI communities, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to activate community engagement and institutional partnerships.
• Plan and manage logistics for Jeem’s participation in exhibitions, workshops, and community events.
• Collect user feedback during events and relay insights to internal teams.
• Coordinate event multimedia coverage, including photos, videos, interviews, and social media content creation.
