About the Role
Joining the Community Partner Management team at YouTube, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding a diverse range of creators in Spain and Italy. This position involves managing creators of various sizes and genres to foster a vibrant and expanding community. You will spearhead initiatives to accelerate product adoption via quarterly targeted bootcamps and ongoing community activities. Your role will blend innovation with scalability, leveraging insights and technology to enhance YouTube's creator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of prominent and emerging creators primarily in Spain and Italy, spanning all content formats.
- Organize and lead quarterly bootcamps focused on specific YouTube products, engaging creator cohorts to boost usage and advocacy.
- Craft and implement broad communication strategies tailored for different segments within YouTube's creator community.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to stay ahead of trends and campaign opportunities.
- Engage at scale with creators, gather and analyze their feedback, and drive iterative enhancements to products, policies, and processes to elevate creator satisfaction, engagement, and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or has gained equivalent practical experience.
- At least one year of direct experience collaborating with high-level executives, external partners, and various management tiers.
- Strong skills in creative writing and public speaking.
- Project management experience.
- Fluency in both Spanish and Italian to effectively support relationships in the assigned regions.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with video content ecosystems including short-form, long-form, podcasts, and live streams.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Background in digital and social media platforms.
- Passion and understanding of content creation and creators’ processes.
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative team orientation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
