Job description

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to help strengthen and manage the organization’s digital presence. The selected person will support daily social media operations, engage with the online audience, and contribute to content and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish content across digital channels.
  • Interact with the online community and help maintain active engagement.
  • Monitor incoming messages and comments, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support the development of digital content.
  • Track online trends and identify relevant topics for the brand.
  • Prepare basic performance reports.

Work arrangement

The role may be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup. For candidates working in the hybrid format, in-person activities will take place in the Centro area of Mexico City, near Paseo de la Reforma.
