Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the monthly event schedule well in advance.
• Design engaging experiences, including games and activities that enrich events.
• Scout and establish partnerships with new cafés and venues, creating sustainable barter collaborations for hosting events.
• Oversee coordination among volunteers, photographers, videographers, and venue partners.
• Lead the complete on-site event execution ensuring seamless delivery.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for participants and drive continuous community enhancement.
• Manage backend event operations, including coordination and planning, throughout the week.

Work Schedule

Backend Operations (Tuesday to Friday): Event planning, venue and partner follow-ups, volunteer coordination, and preparation tasks.

Event Execution (Saturday and Sunday): On-ground management of events, team leadership, participant engagement, and ensuring smooth execution.

Monday is designated as a weekly day off.

Candidate Profile

• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership beyond following instructions.
• Well-organized, reliable, and proactive in approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in leading teams and making decisions during live events.
• Availability to work from Tuesday through Sunday.
• Experience in events management, hospitality, operations, community building, or startup environments is advantageous, though attitude and ownership are primary.

Compensation and Terms

• Monthly retainer ranging from ₹5000 to ₹8000.
• Additional incentives provided per event based on performance.
• Performance-based bonuses available for exceptional contributions to event execution and community growth.
• Initial probation period of two months, during which ownership, accountability, and fit will be assessed.
• Successful probation leads to increased responsibilities, incentives, and a longer-term opportunity.

Location

This role is based onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
