Community & Kitchen Partner Manager, Mother Bhojan (Tricity)

About the Role

Mother Bhojan is a trusted home-kitchen marketplace that connects families with authentic home-cooked meals while enabling talented home cooks to earn fairly from their own kitchens under their own name. The company is hiring a field-based partner manager who will represent Mother Bhojan to kitchen partners from the first conversation through live operations.

This position is highly people-facing and requires regular home visits across Tricity. Success in the role depends on building genuine, respectful, and long-term relationships with home cooks, especially in a setting where warmth, sensitivity, and trust matter greatly.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with home cooks across the Tricity region, meet them in person, learn about their food, and explain the partnership opportunity.
• Evaluate potential kitchen partners and support them through onboarding with clear, friendly guidance at every stage.
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for partnered home cooks and earn their confidence as a reliable support person.
• Handle basic customer questions and assist with early-stage logistics as the business expands.
• Contribute as an important member of the company’s founding team and help shape the partner experience.

Candidate Profile

• Genuinely interested in food, people, and practical problem-solving in the field.
• Courteous, warm, and comfortable interacting with older home cooks with care and respect.
• Able to form close, trusting working relationships while visiting partners in their homes.
• Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
• Prefer to work outside a desk-based environment and are comfortable with field travel.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Tricity. The compensation is between ₹50,000 and ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience.
