Role summary

This position is for a socially confident, energetic, and community-driven person who can expand Owting’s presence in Los Angeles through in-person outreach. It is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring events, forming relationships, and linking communities together.

You will help position Owting within LA culture by building partnerships, showing up at events, generating local awareness, and turning real-world communities into channels for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners across Los Angeles.
• Engage with run clubs, gyms, cafés, wellness brands, coworking spaces, universities, creators, and community groups.
• Represent Owting at social meetups, networking functions, fitness events, pop-ups, and neighborhood gatherings.
• Spot timely, culturally relevant opportunities for the brand to participate in the local scene.
• Design grassroots growth ideas and location-based activation plans.
• Create partnerships that increase visibility, sign-ups, and user engagement.
• Support the planning of community events, collaborations, and local experiences.
• Serve as a link between Owting and the wider social community in Los Angeles.
