About the Role

As a Founding Community & Growth Associate, you will support the expansion of Teup’s community from the early stages. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to connect with users, plan activities, collect feedback, and shape engaging experiences for members.

This opportunity is well suited for students, recent graduates, or others interested in practical startup exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with community members through both online and in-person channels.
• Coordinate and host community gatherings, meetups, and activities.
• Assist with user onboarding and initiatives aimed at growing the community.
• Collect member feedback and spot ways to improve the overall experience.
• Support outreach, partnership efforts, and social media tasks.

• Genuinely interested in community building and fostering meaningful connections.
• Well-organized and able to take responsibility for assigned work.

Compensation

The role offers AED 600 to AED 1,000 per month.
