This position sits at the center of the brand’s community, creator, affiliate, loyalty, UGC, and social commerce efforts. Reporting to the Global Digital Senior Director, the role is responsible for growing the Tiger Tribe community, strengthening influencer and creator partnerships, expanding affiliate and loyalty activity, and helping increase customer acquisition, retention, and brand advocacy across social, digital, and partnership channels.

Community growth and strategy

Lead community expansion across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms with a focus on audience growth, retention, and brand-building rather than day-to-day moderation.

Develop the Tiger Tribe community with thoughtful engagement points, exclusive moments, and community-led initiatives that build loyalty and encourage advocacy.

Grow affiliate and loyalty participation through community channels by turning highly engaged audience members into brand advocates and revenue-driving partners.

Spot and pursue partnership and sponsorship opportunities tied to cultural moments or aligned organizations, ensuring activations support both brand values and business goals.

Set, monitor, and share performance metrics covering growth, engagement quality, retention, and the commercial impact of community work across channels.

Influencer and creator relations

Build and sustain relationships with creators, influencers, and talent agencies across North America, spanning nano, micro, macro, and hero tiers.

Act as the main contact for creator and agency relationships, including briefing, contract negotiation, and coordination to ensure smooth content delivery.

Create and maintain influencer seeding and PR mailing lists for launches, always-on gifting, and earned media opportunities, while tracking coverage and related outputs.

Assemble a guest list for events that reflects the target audience and support talent onsite by welcoming creators and improving their event experience when needed.

Prepare wrap reports for influencer campaigns by assessing reach, engagement, earned media value, and overall performance, then recommending next steps to the Global Digital Senior Director.

Identify collaboration opportunities with complementary brands, creators, or cultural moments and manage execution from initial idea through launch.

Affiliate marketing and social commerce

Guide the global affiliate program by developing publisher relationships, negotiating partnerships, shaping incentives, and analyzing performance to identify top partners and effective tactics.

Run the TikTok Shop affiliate network end to end, including recruitment, onboarding, commission setup, creator briefing, GMV monitoring, and optimization.

Help shape TikTok Shop strategy in key markets by supporting creative best practices, strong product storytelling, and the broader brand ambassador approach.

Oversee Amazon Associates activity across global marketplaces, including Amazon Posts, social commerce efforts, and growth opportunities within Amazon’s ecosystem.

Loyalty program ownership

Manage the day-to-day operation and long-term development of the TYB loyalty program, including community challenges, rewards, and exclusive experiences.

Support the growth of brand ambassadors within the loyalty ecosystem by identifying top community members for deeper involvement and product seeding.

Review loyalty data to understand engagement, retention, and conversion outcomes, and share insights and recommendations with the Global Digital Senior Director.

User-generated content and retail support

Oversee the UGC program through Skeepers by handling creator briefs, campaign setup, moderation, and rights management.

Support retailer content needs in North America by managing casting, briefing, creative direction, approvals, product allocation, and budgets within the wider influencer budget.

Work closely with marketing, creative, and retail/commercial teams to ensure UGC is used effectively across paid social, e-commerce, and organic channels.

Track UGC results and identify the most effective content styles and creators for future collaboration.

Paid social coordination

Serve as a champion for best practices in ad formats and help improve social paid planning based on performance insights.

Coordinate between the internal marketing team and the digital agency to support effective delivery across all relevant channels.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant brings 3 to 5 years of experience in community marketing, influencer relations, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or a similar digital role, preferably in beauty or wellness.

They should have a clear record of building engaged communities that contribute to both brand preference and business results, along with practical experience in affiliate channels such as TikTok Shop or Amazon Associates.

Experience with loyalty and advocacy tools such as TYB, plus a track record of scaling UGC programs, is strongly preferred.

Strong commercial judgment, comfort working with data, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships are all essential. The role also suits someone who is hands-on, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
