About the role
The Communications Specialist will help define, refine, and extend the organization’s voice. This position combines strategic thinking with creative execution to produce messaging that connects with different audiences and supports a stronger brand presence.
The role focuses on turning ideas into clear, engaging communication across several channels while maintaining consistency, clarity, and influence.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement communication plans for both internal and external audiences.

Experience and skills
- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or content development.
- Strong command of writing, editing, and narrative development.
- Hands-on experience managing newsletters, digital platforms, and social media communication.
- Ability to break down complex topics into simple, audience-friendly language.
- Well-developed planning, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting.
