Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

Language Proficiency

• Native proficiency in Arabic is required.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and social media platforms.
• Well-organized with effective project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.
• Skills in photography, videography, or content creation are considered a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing and communication activities.
• Manage coordination for social media channels.
• Gather and develop content across various formats.
• Update company website content regularly.
• Prepare presentations for internal and external purposes.
• Support internal communication initiatives.
• Coordinate events and production activities.
• Facilitate communication across multiple departments.
• Provide general support to the Communications department in daily operations.
