  • Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership on transformation messaging, alignment, and engagement approach.
  • Plan and implement a multi-channel communications program that supports the transformation roadmap.
  • Provide clear, consistent, audience-specific communication across all levels of the organization in a timely manner.
  • Produce executive-quality materials such as leadership decks, newsletters, intranet updates, email messaging, FAQs, and speaker notes tailored to different audiences.
  • Create board-ready and leadership-facing content, including briefing packs and vision narratives, so senior leaders can communicate progress and goals effectively.
  • Identify stakeholder groups and carry out detailed mapping to understand influence, readiness, and engagement requirements.
  • Design targeted engagement tactics based on stakeholder needs.
  • Contribute to or lead change impact assessments that examine how transformation affects people, processes, and technology.
  • Turn assessment findings into practical communication and engagement actions.
  • Write clear transformation stories that explain the reason for change, what is changing, and how it will be implemented.
  • Use messaging that strengthens awareness, commitment, and behavior change.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in organizational change management within large transformation programs.
  • Strong ability to communicate with executives and engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience creating strategic communications and change narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment methods.
