At The Florentin in Frankfurt, you will support the pastry team with the preparation of refined dessert creations and help shape a memorable guest experience. Your Impact

• You contribute inventive ideas and assist the Chef Pâtissier in crafting distinctive desserts.
• You help keep service and production running smoothly and jump in wherever support is needed.
• You work carefully to reduce food waste and ensure cost-conscious use of ingredients.
• You follow HACCP standards as a natural part of producing consistently high-quality food.
• You prepare thoroughly, maintain a strong mise en place, and handle kitchen equipment with care.

What You Bring

• You enjoy pastry and modern baking techniques and are eager to put your skills to use.
• You value precision, fresh ingredients, and working collaboratively with a team.
• You remain calm and keep a sense of humor even during busy or challenging service moments.
• You are curious, open to learning, and motivated to develop both your abilities and your ideas.
• You have completed vocational training, preferably in upscale hospitality or gastronomy, and have already gained initial experience in pâtisserie.
