Role Overview

As a Commis de Cuisine, you will be part of an international kitchen team delivering exciting Balagan-style dishes and authentic Tel Aviv vibes in the NENI restaurant at 25hours Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations at your cooking station while maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
• Prepare your workstation ahead of service and ensure proper cleanup afterwards.
• Utilize your culinary training to confidently manage your station even during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Completed formal culinary training with a passion to develop further.
• Enthusiastic about learning new techniques and patient when things don't turn out perfect the first time.
• Interest in live cooking, international cuisines, and innovative food concepts.
• Bring not only your technical skills but also your strong personal character to the team.
