Job Locations

This role is based in Bengaluru, with outlets in Forum Mall, Falcon City, South Bangalore, Konanakunte Cross Metro Station vicinity, Anjanadri Layout, and Konanakunte area.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Prepare various food dishes and recipes in line with company standards using diverse cooking techniques.
• Complete all kitchen preparations promptly and to company quality expectations to ensure memorable guest dining experiences.
• Follow recipe procedures strictly to produce consistent, high-quality food items.
• Comply completely with all safety and sanitation regulations within the kitchen.
• Maintain continuous, timely flow of food orders from the kitchen to service areas.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Perform pre-shift duties by stocking and setting up food stations appropriately.
• Take responsibility for opening, closing, or shift change procedures as assigned.
• Provide assistance to fellow team members based on operational needs and demand.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Project a professional and positive image of the Pizza Express brand continually during work hours.
