Role overview
AR Ventures is launching the Kulcha Theka restaurant franchise in Faridabad. The brand is a long-running North Indian food business with more than 10 outlets operating successfully across North India.
Kitchen duties
- Cook and assemble menu items such as chole bhature, tandoori kulchas, parathas, aloo poori, lassi, and other North Indian preparations in line with brand specifications.
- Keep flavour, quality, and plating consistent from one order to the next.
- Work according to the recipes and preparation methods covered in training.
- Use the tandoor and other kitchen equipment in a careful and efficient manner.
- Prepare ingredients in advance of service so the kitchen is ready for operations.
- Track ingredient usage and communicate stock needs to management.
- Support the team during busy periods without compromising quality standards.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Carry out instructions given by the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.
- Stay disciplined, punctual, and professional at work.
- Be open to learning additional recipes and techniques as required by the brand.
