Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads for leasing and sale of commercial office spaces.
- Engage with corporate clients to assess their property needs.
- Conduct site visits and deliver property presentations to clients.
- Handle lease and sale negotiations and collaborate with property owners.
- Maintain continuous client communication and regularly update CRM records.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience ranging from 1 to over 3 years in commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of commercial office property leasing.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly self-driven and focused on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
