Role Overview

As a Commercial Organization Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving capability enhancement and performance transformation within our commercial teams. Your primary focus will be to boost business performance by equipping teams with essential skills, cultivating a supportive coaching environment, and promoting continuous professional growth across various markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the capabilities of commercial teams, fostering high performance and agility.
  • Identify skill deficiencies and create structured development plans, training schedules, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to address them.
  • Manage the entire learning lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to content creation, delivery, and ongoing refinement.
  • Tailor and localize global training materials to ensure maximum relevance and impact in the local market context.
  • Provide direct on-the-job coaching to field teams and utilize immediate feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Spearhead the adoption of digital and remote learning solutions, ensuring seamless integration with traditional classroom and on-the-job training methods.
  • Maintain compliance through well-structured training programs, meticulous record-keeping, and adherence to company policies.
  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives, contributing to performance monitoring and talent discussions.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive execution of capability-building efforts.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and organizational development KPIs, reporting key insights to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or a similarly fast-paced industry.
  • Prior experience or exposure to training, coaching, or organizational development is considered a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities to pinpoint development needs and devise practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate effectively, and build robust relationships across different departments.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to work.
  • High learning agility, a curious mindset, and a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Fluency in both English and the local language is required.
