Role Overview

This position involves delivering and unloading finished goods, parts, and materials to customer sites using commercial vehicles. Candidates will also support warehouse operations by assisting with receiving, storing, and distributing inventory as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely within local areas.
• Perform physical loading and unloading tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain excellent customer service as an important representative of the company, building positive relationships with clients.
• Use English proficiently for reading, writing, and comprehension, including navigation software operation.
• Work varied shift start times between 5:30 am and 7:00 am.
• Contribute to warehouse duties approximately 20% of the work time.
• Respond flexibly to any other assigned tasks or responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license for company vehicle operation.
• Have at least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with vehicles between 10,001 and 26,000 pounds.
• Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record per Department of Motor Vehicles standards.
• Willing and able to perform assigned warehouse tasks.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Approximately 70% of work occurs inside a commercial vehicle cab, with the remaining tasks performed outdoors.
• Requires extended periods of standing and repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Demands good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds depending on task requirements.

Compensation Details

The pay range for this role is $13.00 to $30.00 per hour, subject to factors including location, experience, skills, and market conditions. Variable compensation may also be offered.
