About the company
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) offers the chance to work with one of the world’s most recognised brands in a role where you can make a meaningful commercial impact.
Role overview
This senior commercial finance position partners closely with the Logistics and EQS leadership teams. The core purpose of the role is to improve productivity, sharpen cost-to-serve understanding, and support better decisions across the supply chain.
Because transactional work and standard reporting are handled through shared services, this role is primarily focused on forward-looking analysis, commercial insight, scenario modelling, and thoughtful challenge. The aim is to turn complex operational information into clear financial choices for business leaders.
You will also provide commercial support on strategic and operational initiatives, helping assess financial outcomes, surface risks and trade-offs, and ensure recommendations are aligned with value creation.

- Act as a trusted finance partner to logistics and EQS leaders on commercial and operational matters.
- Build financial models and run scenario analyses to support planning and decision-making.
- Evaluate investments and strategic options with clear financial assessment.
- Translate operational and supply chain data into practical commercial insights.
- Challenge and influence senior stakeholders to improve the quality of decisions.

Candidate profile
To be successful in this role, you should bring 3 to 5+ years of experience in commercial finance within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or another operations-focused environment. You should have worked as a finance or commercial business partner supporting operational leaders and have a strong background in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal.
The ideal candidate can simplify complex operational information into useful business insight and has a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Prior people leadership or coaching experience is also important.
Preferred background
- Experience in FMCG, especially in logistics-heavy or manufacturing settings.
- Exposure to shared services or offshore delivery models.
- Experience with network optimisation, capacity planning, or cost-to-serve analysis.
- History of leading productivity, efficiency, or continuous improvement work.
Qualifications and systems
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Commerce is required.
- CA, CPA, or a similar professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Advanced financial modelling skills are expected.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP platform would be an advantage.
