Role Overview

The Commercial Finance Analyst will support commercial planning, forecasting, and trade investment activities. Working under the Director of Commercial Finance, this person will partner with Senior Analysts, Managers, Key Account Managers, and sales leadership across National, Regional, Field, and Foodservice channels. The position is well suited for someone at an early stage of their career who wants practical exposure to commercial finance in a fast-moving environment.

This is a full-time, in-office role based at Celsius headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. There are no people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior finance team members with customer-level analysis and contribution margin modeling.
• Help develop pricing and promotional templates for customer planning discussions.
• Provide KAMs with data collection support, ad hoc reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Update forecasting models with volume, pricing, and trade spend assumptions.
• Track customer plan revisions and make sure planning tools reflect the latest changes.
• Contribute to the monthly forecast cycle through validation and data consolidation.
• Help compare forecasted versus actual results and identify major variances.
• Assist with budget-versus-actual reviews by collecting data and reconciling differences.
• Maintain promotional calendars and trade investment tracking tools.
• Support post-event analysis and return-on-investment calculations.
• Organize promotional information and prepare summaries for business review meetings.
• Create regular reporting on sales, trade spending, and customer profitability.
• Keep financial tools and dashboards accurate and complete.
• Work with IT and Finance teams to support data quality across systems.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or sales support; internship or entry-level experience is acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel proficiency and a basic grasp of financial statements.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and follow-through.
• Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Additional Information

The role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses and restricted stock units, depending on company plans. Base pay is set for candidates within the listed state and will be determined by factors such as work location, relevant knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
