This opportunity is designed for early-career talent who want to build a career in commercial leadership while making a meaningful impact. The role starts as a Technical Sales Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is part of a three-year development path focused on learning, international exposure, and leadership growth.
The program is built around rotational assignments across multiple business areas and countries, giving participants broad experience in commercially oriented work and preparing them for future leadership responsibilities.

Role details
The program begins in September 2026 and starts with a Technical Sales Engineer assignment in Riyadh, KSA. In this position, the participant will support technical sales of a selected product portfolio and work with partners as well as direct customers to help drive commercial growth in the region.
Program structure
- Total duration of the program: three years.
- Three separate assignments, each lasting twelve months, are included to provide wide exposure across several growth-focused commercial functions.
- Possible rotation areas include quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, and segment sales, depending on the country placement.
- Participants will have the chance to work in at least two countries over the three-year period.
- The program offers leadership training, personal coaching, and access to senior leaders.
Qualifications
Candidates should either currently hold or expect to complete a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline by August 2026. A master’s degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage.
Relevant work experience or internship exposure is beneficial, with up to three years of experience allowed.
