Commercial Cleaner

Job Overview

We are currently looking for committed and dependable Commercial Cleaners to join our workforce to provide cleaning services at a large private school.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, and mirrors.
• Collect and dispose of waste, rubbish, and recycling materials appropriately.
• Vacuum and mop floors paying special attention to corners and edges.
• Dust all areas within the cleaning scope carefully.
• Restock publicly used consumables such as toilet paper, liquid soap, and bin liners.
• Perform spot cleaning of walls and remove cobwebs and any other unsightly debris as needed.
• Track cleaning stock levels and liaise with the manager to reorder supplies when necessary.
• Experience using machine scrubbers is considered an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

• Right to work in Australia with willingness to obtain a current national police check and employer's working with children clearance.
• Prior experience and knowledge in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and effectively manage assigned tasks.
• Strong customer service skills, approachable demeanor, meticulous attention to cleanliness, and enthusiasm for maintaining high standards.
• Physically and mentally fit to meet job demands.
