About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Butcher who possesses a proactive attitude and a strong passion for providing outstanding customer service. If you have proven expertise in butchery—covering product knowledge, cutting, and preparation skills—and possess exemplary communication and organizational abilities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers, establishing relationships to understand their business demands and requirements.
• Accurately prepare orders tailored to customer specifications.
• Adhere rigorously to health, safety, and legal standards throughout daily operations.
• Manage stock control processes efficiently and maintain proper procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience within the butchery trade demonstrating strong product knowledge and preparation skills.
• Excellent customer service capabilities, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Competence in managing stock control and inventory procedures.
