Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Business Analyst based in Cork who can operate independently and as part of a team. This role involves providing commercial insights and business support to enhance decision-making and develop market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the business development team in identifying and assessing new market opportunities.
• Manage multiple procurement systems such as EDI and Procure Wizard.
• Maintain and update pricing information files.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Perform ongoing margin analyses and root cause categorization of variances.
• Oversee client rebate structures and ensure accurate management.
• Deliver financial analysis and margin reporting on product ranges and customer segments.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in administration or sales support within the drinks industry.
• Experience managing systems administration and understanding related processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail with initiative, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset.
• Customer-centric approach with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Effective time management and planning skills.
