Role Overview
The Commercial Account Executive will primarily manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to foster organic growth. This position is office-based in Cavan but offers flexibility based on discussion during the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture an existing book of commercial clients.
- Identify potential new business prospects to support growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their insurance needs.
- Manage renewals and respond to various client inquiries.
- Ensure insurance documentation complies with local procedures, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements, including Central Bank of Ireland guidelines.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience in commercial insurance broking. Candidates must demonstrate ambition and motivation to meet and amplify targets while delivering exceptional client service.
