About the Role

Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup services ranging from full glam to subtle natural looks to customers.
- Serve as the in-store makeup authority, assisting customers in selecting products that best suit their needs, ensuring a memorable MECCA experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members to uphold an outstanding customer experience.
Success Indicators
- Demonstrated expertise in professional makeup with the capacity to manage consecutive appointments efficiently during peak times.
- Confidence in creating on-trend looks including winged/graphic liners, glowing skin, smokey eyes, and bold red lips.
- Capability to create impactful experiences encouraging customers to feel confident and beautiful.
- Skill in mentoring colleagues and championing makeup category growth through your expertise.
- A positive team player with an inclusive approach and proactive mindset.
Additional Information
- New hires will undergo a 90-day trial period.
- The recruitment process may include a one-way video interview and a final practical makeup assessment.
