Colorist

Overview

Badal Raja Company seeks two skilled Colorists to join their creative team based in Delhi. For over 20 years, the company has been capturing weddings and celebrations across India and internationally, emphasizing authentic moments and cinematic storytelling. This role involves enhancing their distinctive colour language.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and creatives to develop unique colour tones and visual signatures
• Perform colour grading on large volumes of wedding photography and video content including films, reels, and social media clips
• Ensure consistent image matching across different cameras, lighting setups, and locations
• Create presets, LUTs, and repeatable workflows to streamline production
• Experiment with varied visual styles while maintaining brand consistency
• Contribute to defining and evolving the visual identity of Badal Raja Company

Candidate Profile

• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding that colour impacts mood, atmosphere, and brand identity, beyond mere correction
• Preferably experienced with Lightroom, Capture One, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and Premiere Pro
• Background in weddings, fashion, interiors, lifestyle, or editorial photography is advantageous
