Job description

Role Overview

Tesla’s Collision Repair Program is hiring a Collision Customer Service Representative to support the Internal Collision Center across the full scope of its Authorized Collision Program. The role is based in Tucker, Georgia and is focused on keeping customer service, scheduling, communication, and repair flow running smoothly for a leading automotive brand.

Core Duties

  • Maintain and coordinate repair scheduling.
  • Prepare vehicles for arrival and intake.
  • Keep customers informed and set clear expectations throughout the process.
  • Arrange rental vehicles and manage handoff logistics.
  • Provide regular updates on vehicle status.
  • Track and reorder materials and supplies as needed.
  • Support repair review and final vehicle delivery.

Skills and Experience Needed

  • A customer-first mindset when working with both clients and team members.
  • Comfort mentoring and training others.
  • Ability to operate with limited oversight and manage tasks independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, along with the ability to follow directions carefully.
  • Prior accounts receivable experience is considered an advantage.
