Role Overview

Key Duties
- Initiate contact with customers through calls or messages to remind and collect pending payments.
- Engage in negotiation processes to establish feasible payment plans or settlements where applicable.
- Systematically document all collection efforts and correspondences with customers to maintain accurate logs.
Additional Information
Salary for this position is offered in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 22,000 per month.
