Collection Executive / Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Tele Collections Executive to manage calls for overdue Personal and Business Loans effectively. The role involves engaging customers through inbound and outbound calls to follow up on pending EMI payments and negotiate repayment solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls related to overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts.
• Communicate with customers about outstanding EMI payments and secure timely collections.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and professionally handle payment-related issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, payment promises, and follow-ups within CRM platforms.
• Work collaboratively with field collection teams and backend operations to resolve accounts efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to collection protocols, organizational policies, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and disputes with understanding and professionalism.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets consistently.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Possessing between six months and two years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Service, preferably within the NBFC/BFSI sector.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English combined with Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada (the latter especially if possessing sales experience).
• Strong skills in negotiation, interpersonal relations, and resolving problems effectively.
• Basic familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Age should be below 30 years.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a salary up to 350000 INR per annum along with attractive incentive schemes.
