Role Overview

Iyrix Technologies is looking for a Cold Email Outreach Expert to design, launch, and manage a complete outbound system from the ground up. The right person will create email sequences that actually reach inboxes, encourage responses, and convert cold prospects into booked discovery calls, while also staying involved in the sales process through closure support. This position is ideal for someone who is highly focused on open rates, reply rates, and pipeline growth.

Work Location and Schedule

This is an on-site position based in Johar Town, Lahore. Working hours are 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage cold email campaigns from start to finish using Instantly.ai, including domain warming, sequence creation, A/B testing, and deliverability monitoring.
  • Research, segment, and compile targeted B2B prospect lists through LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on the company’s ideal customer profiles.
  • Develop and send outbound newsletters and drip campaigns in SendGrid, while maintaining list hygiene and strict suppression controls.
  • Create layered outbound sequences such as initial outreach, follow-ups, and breakup emails, using AI-assisted personalization at scale.
  • Manage replies from both inbound and outbound leads, address objections by email, and progress interested prospects toward booked discovery calls.
  • Participate in discovery and demo conversations to help support closing efforts and contribute to commission-based earnings.
  • Review performance metrics every week, including open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and deals won, and take ownership of the numbers.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of practical, proven experience in cold email outreach and outbound lead generation.
  • Experience running outreach campaigns with measurable outcomes such as stronger reply rates, more booked meetings, or revenue influence.
  • Working familiarity with tools such as Instantly.ai and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar outbound platforms.
  • Strong English copywriting ability with the skill to write emails that engage readers and avoid spam filters.
  • Solid understanding of deliverability essentials, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up practices, and daily sending limits.
  • Comfort speaking on video calls and handling live objections clearly and confidently.
  • A self-driven, metrics-focused mindset; candidates motivated by commission upside are especially encouraged.

Bonus Experience

Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have used Smartlead, Clay, Apollo.io, or Hunter.io for enrichment and lead sourcing. Familiarity with SaaS, email infrastructure products, cold email platforms, inbox deliverability, or managed inbox services is also beneficial. Prior experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales or an outreach agency environment is a plus.
