Overview

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) at Coca-Cola is essential for driving sustainable and profitable expansion throughout the company’s product range. Collaborating closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise teams, the RGM function crafts strategies for pricing, promotions, product assortment, and packaging that maximize value for customers and consumers alike. By integrating data analytics and commercial insights, RGM supports informed business decisions to foster long-term growth and value across markets.

Role Summary

As an Ignite Intern within the RGM team, you will engage in impactful projects that build critical professional skills and offer real-world business experience. This role provides a unique chance to accelerate your career growth within Coca-Cola’s global network, connect with leaders and peers, and participate in initiatives that enhance social impact and sustainability. You may also serve as a campus ambassador, sharing the Coca-Cola brand and values within university communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the France Franchise team by analyzing data and supporting the creation of commercial strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing, promotional, and portfolio strategies aimed at sustainable business expansion.
  • Perform sales, customer, and market data analysis to identify commercial opportunities and insights.
  • Support financial and volume forecasting to aid in business planning efforts.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise teams on business growth initiatives.
  • Help prepare business reviews, presentations, and customer-facing documents utilizing Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
  • Engage in projects aimed at optimizing investments and enhancing profitability.
  • Utilize data and AI-driven platforms to develop dashboards, reports, and insights supporting strategic decisions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands or the UK without visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to start on 1 October 2026 with a commitment of 38 hours weekly for a 12-month internship.
  • Fluency in both English and French languages is mandatory.
  • A proactive, curious, and analytical mindset with a passion for addressing business challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with interest in commercial strategy, pricing, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, PowerPoint, AI tools, or data visualization software is preferred.

Location & Travel

This internship is based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with travel requirements ranging from 0% to 25%. Relocation assistance is not provided.
