About the Role
Join the Tranzit Coachlines team in Bay of Plenty as a casual Coach Driver offering transport services across the region. This role involves supporting local community transport needs and tourist travel throughout the Bay of Plenty and nearby areas. Ideal candidates include students, semi-retired individuals, or those seeking flexible work opportunities, with potential for permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate safe and dependable transport services for charter, tours, and transfers.
- Deliver exceptional customer care and positive travel experiences to passengers.
- Share enthusiasm about the Bay of Plenty region to enhance visitor enjoyment.
Candidate Requirements
- Exhibit a friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Possess strong communication skills for engaging with diverse passengers.
- Maintain a clean driving record and a safety-first mindset.
- Hold a class 4 driver's licence or class 2 with willingness to upgrade.
- Have or be able to obtain a passenger endorsement.
- Experience in tourism, transport, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Current First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to pass medical evaluation and police background check.
