The CNC Programmer specializing in milling and turning is responsible for creating and refining CNC programs to support precision machining tasks. This position involves working with advanced machinery including 3-5 axis milling and 2-4 axis turning machines to develop efficient, high-quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs for both milling and turning operations based on technical specifications.
- Optimize existing programs to increase operational efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Verify programs through simulation or trial runs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with machine operators to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain consistent production quality while minimizing rejections and machinery downtime.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 INR, dependent on experience and skills.
