Job description
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opening in Jeddah for a CNC Machine Operator. The position focuses on running CNC equipment to manufacture precise components while meeting production quality, safety, and efficiency expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare CNC machines for production and keep them running throughout the shift.
- Load raw materials, choose the correct tooling, and adjust machine settings as per drawings and specifications.
- Check completed parts, carry out basic quality inspections, and make small corrections when needed.
- Perform routine upkeep on equipment and raise any machine-related problems promptly.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to help achieve target output and efficiency levels.
- Maintain accurate work records, follow safety rules, and keep the work area neat and orderly.
What We’re Looking For
- Practical ability to operate, configure, and safely manage CNC machinery.
- Experience or knowledge in machining and milling, including the use of technical drawings and suitable tools for accurate material shaping.
- Understanding of quality control practices such as part inspection, dimensional measurement, and specification compliance.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and workplace safety procedures.
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Strong focus on detail, good problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a busy production setting.
- Prior work as a CNC operator or in a similar machining role is preferred.
- A technical diploma or vocational training in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering is an added advantage.
