Seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator responsible for setting up, programming, and managing CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components.
Key Duties
- Setup and operate CNC machines to perform processes such as drilling, milling, and grinding.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand task requirements.
- Program CNC machines by converting instructions into machine-readable commands.
- Load raw materials and components onto equipment for processing.
- Conduct test runs to verify machines produce parts that meet required specifications.
- Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments during production.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
- Perform daily checks and routine maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
