About the Company
The company is developing a core operating platform for public-sector dealmaking and infrastructure work across Europe. Its product combines workflow software, data intelligence, and integrated financial tools to help organizations discover, assess, and deliver complex infrastructure and public-sector opportunities.
With strong product-market fit and about €3M ARR already in place, the business is now at an inflection point. Its goal is to grow to €40M ARR across several European markets, making this a high-impact executive opportunity to help establish a new category in European infrastructure technology.
Role Overview
This position is for a senior growth and marketing executive who will report directly to the CEO and operate as one of four members of the leadership team, alongside Sales, Operations, and Product. The role is centered on shaping market perception, building scalable growth systems, and helping define the European Public Deal Infrastructure category.
This is not primarily a demand-generation role, and it is also not a pure brand-awareness role. The mandate is broader: own the marketing strategy, category creation, and growth agenda across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and lead the company’s marketing strategy, including demand generation, brand direction, and category creation.
- Design and expand multi-channel growth engines spanning SEO, content, paid acquisition, partnerships, and outbound-supporting initiatives.
- Lead product-led growth programs aimed at improving activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Own product marketing, including positioning and messaging across all revenue streams.
- Work with Sales to introduce and scale presence in new European markets such as DACH, Iberia, France, and Italy.
- Take charge of public relations, founder branding, thought leadership, webinars, and industry events.
- Recruit, guide, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and commercial results.
- Collaborate closely with the founders on strategy and company growth priorities.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated leadership in B2B SaaS marketing and growth.
- A history of building repeatable demand-generation systems and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
- Strong grasp of both product-led growth and enterprise, sales-assisted motions.
- Experience owning marketing budgets, KPIs, and growth outcomes.
- Ability to pair strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution.
- Background in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Comfort working directly with founders and senior executives.
- Strong English communication skills.
Ideal Background
- Scaled a SaaS company from single-digit ARR to double-digit ARR.
- Led go-to-market launches across DACH, Iberia, France, or Italy.
- Helped create or define a new market category.
- Worked in founder-led startups or scale-ups.
- Experience in GovTech, InfrastructureTech, ProcurementTech, FinTech, or a closely related field.
- German language ability is considered an advantage.

- Growth in MQLs and improvement in MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Share of pipeline and revenue generated through inbound channels.
- Activation and conversion performance for PLG efforts.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of €150,000 to €200,000+, with flexibility for standout candidates.

Location and Working Arrangement
This is a remote-first role based in Europe. Candidates should be able to travel monthly for leadership meetings at the headquarters, likely in Warsaw or Poznań.
