Job Overview
The primary responsibility is to generate and grow insurance business through designated relationship or channel partners within a specified area or zone. The role involves persuading these partners to motivate their customers to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance products.
Key Duties and Support
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with assigned channel partners to drive sales.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sale and post-sale support to both partners and their customers.
- Lead and coordinate a team dedicated to managing relationships with channel partners.
- Ensure not only achievement of sales targets but also maintain steady business growth on a quarterly basis.
