The role of Cluster Manager for the Indian Bank channel is dedicated to generating insurance business from designated TPD Indian Bank partners. This position involves fostering robust partnerships with Indian Bank branches, offering comprehensive pre- and post-sales assistance, leading a sales team, and driving substantial business expansion.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Responsible for attaining premium and revenue goals set for the cluster.
• Managing and nurturing relationships with Indian Bank branch heads to promote collaboration.
• Facilitating branch activations and spearheading business development initiatives.
• Ensuring strict adherence to sales processes, maintaining compliance standards.
• Providing coaching and support to branch personnel and internal teams to enhance performance.
• Maintaining an optimal product mix while upholding high business quality standards.
• Promoting customer satisfaction by focusing on persistency and service excellence.

Performance Metrics and Targets

• Leading a team of approximately 10 to 11 members.
• Annual premium target is set between 5 to 10 Crore INR.
• Zero Indian Bank customer complaints expected.
• Ensuring 80% persistency both in premium collection and policy continuity.

• Handling market fluctuations proactively.
• Aligning objectives with TPD Indian Bank stakeholders effectively.
