Role Overview and Key Duties

• Oversee and optimize sales performance of Gold Loan offerings across the designated branch network.
• Consistently meet monthly targets by stimulating business growth via effective relationship management with branch teams.
• Discover new business opportunities, nurture existing client connections, and promote additional financial products through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Engage in frequent branch visits to supervise sales operations, provide support and direction, and address any challenges.
• Work closely with Branch Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth application of sales strategies and goals.

Eligibility and Experience

• Minimum age requirement: 35 years and above.
• Professional experience: At least 10 years in relevant fields.
• Academic qualification: Any graduate degree.

Compensation and Other Information

• Maximum basic salary capped at 60,000 INR per month.
• Additional benefits include quarterly incentives and annual bonuses based on performance.
